Jr.Store Manager (Footwear)

Job Title: Store Manager
Location: Bangalore
Salary: ₹2.7 – ₹3 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and minimize losses.
• Drive sales targets by ensuring excellent customer service and engagement.
• Supervise, train, and motivate the store staff to achieve performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and visual merchandising standards.
• Prepare sales reports, track KPIs, and submit regular updates to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (any stream).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Good understanding of retail operations, sales, and inventory control.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenges proactively.
