Job Description

Jr. Architect

Roles & Responsibilities:

Drawing & Design
: Prepare and modify architectural drawings, plans, and documents using
AutoCAD
software.
Site & Research
: Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for project development. Research and analyze building codes, regulations, and industry standards to ensure design adherence.
Documentation & Coordination
: Support the preparation of construction documents. Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure smooth project flow.
Presentation & Proposals
: Contribute to the creation of project proposals and design presentations.

Skills Required

Proficiency in
AutoCAD
software.
Experience in residential projects is a must.
A proactive approach to research and analysis of building codes.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
The ability to travel to Panvel for work as required.

QUALIFICATION:

B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture)
degree is a key requirement.
