Jr.Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our design team. The ideal candidate will assist in developing architectural designs, preparing technical drawings, coordinating with consultants, and supporting project execution from concept to completion. This is a great opportunity to grow under experienced architects and work on diverse residential, commercial, and interior projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior architects in developing conceptual and detailed architectural designs.
• Prepare architectural drawings, 3D models, presentations, and working drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant software.
• Conduct site visits, site measurements, and coordinate with contractors during the execution phase.
• Support in preparing BOQs, material specifications, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors as required.
• Ensure all designs comply with applicable codes, regulations, and project requirements.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new materials, and construction technologies.
• Participate in design discussions, brainstorming sessions, and client presentations.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• Experience: 1–2 years of professional experience (Internship experience also considered).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, . Revit, Lumion, or Enscape is a plus.
• Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take initiative when required.
• Familiarity with building codes, materials, and construction processes is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
