Job Description

You will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to customers through phone, email, and chat. Your role will involve diagnosing customer issues related to our product, documenting and tracking customer interactions in the support system, and escalating complex technical issues to senior support staff. It is essential to stay updated with product knowledge and telecommunications industry trends to effectively assist customers. To qualify for this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. A strong understanding of telecommunications technologies and products is required, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware issues, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are also crucial. Prior customer service experience is preferred, and a minimum of one year of experience is required for this role. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The work location is in person. Females are preferred for this role.,
