Responsibilities Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat Diagnose customer issues related to our product Document and track customer interactions in the support system Escalate complex technical issues to senior support staff Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and telecommunications industry trends Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience Strong understanding of telecommunications technologies and products Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in troubleshooting software and hardware issues Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Customer service experience is preferred Minimum one yr of Experience Females Preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Shift: Day shift Work Location: In person
