Jr. Technical Support Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a polite, patient, and customer-focused Jr. Customer Support Executive to join our support team. The role involves handling customer queries, providing timely assistance, and ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes
• Log, track, and follow up on customer issues until resolution
• Escalate complex or unresolved queries to senior support teams
• Maintain customer records and support documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
• Ensure adherence to service quality and response time standards
• Support customers during live operations when required

Requirements

• Master’s degree (MBA) (preferred)
• 0–2 years of experience in customer support or service roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools)
• Ability to handle customers calmly and professionally
• Willingness to work in shifts and fast-paced environments

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CRM or ticketing systems
• Exposure to fintech, trading, or software-based customer support
• Multilingual communication skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati preferred)
• Basic understanding of customer service metrics and SLAs
