Jr. System Administrator

Machint Solutions Limited, a software firm into the digital transformation and hyper automation domain is seeking to hire a Junior System Administrator for its office in Hyderabad.

Fulltime position

Work from Office Mon-Friday

Immediate joiners (as early as 1st July 2025)

Role & Responsibilities include:

• Perform installation, formatting, and configuration of operating systems (Windows/Linux).
• Provide desktop/laptop support including OS reloads, driver installation, and hardware issue resolution.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot network printers and scanners.
• Maintain and troubleshoot wired and wireless network connectivity.
• Set up and support new laptops, desktops, and peripheral devices.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting (IP settings, LAN/WiFi issues, etc.).
• Assist in maintaining user accounts, email setup, and access rights (Active Directory/Gmail/Outlook).
• Monitor IT inventory and assist with asset tagging and documentation.
• Provide support for common software applications (MS Office, browsers, antivirus, etc.).
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT support or vendors as needed.

Experience & Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Network Administration and related areas
• Minimum 1 year of experience as system administrator.
• Good to have a professional qualification, such as Microsoft, Oracle, or Cisco certification.
• Good exposure with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
• Ability to solve complex software and hardware issues with minimal guidance
• Good understanding of firewall configuration
• Ability to work independently
• Strong interpersonal skills to resolve complex non-technical issues
