As a Jr. Sous Chef in Food Production, you will lead your team to create unforgettable Food & Beverage experiences for guests. **Key Responsibilities:** - Take care of daily food preparation to meet company standards and quality. - Co-ordinate daily tasks with your team. - Supervise operations and delegate tasks accordingly. - Estimate daily production needs and ensure quality of raw and cooked food materials. - Ensure production, preparation, and presentation of food meet highest quality standards. - Maintain highest standards of guest satisfaction regarding product quality. - Adhere strictly to food cost on a continuous basis. - Document all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies related to food preparation, receiving, storage, and sanitation. - Document menu items, recipes, production methods, and presentation standards. - Operate department equipment and ensure any malfunctions are corrected. - Conduct pre-employment food trials for candidates. **Qualifications Required:** - Positive attitude with exceptional attention to detail. - Well-versed in kitchen operations with proven experience. - Ability to handle guest complaints/requests and resolve them effectively. - Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. - Previous experience in a leadership role will be beneficial. - Willingness to work in a remote location. - Knowledge of multiple cuisines. - Proficiency in the local language.,
