🧩 Key Responsibilities

🔍 Keyword Research & Analysis:

• Conduct keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest.
• Create keyword-optimized title tags, meta descriptions, header tags (H1, H2), and alt text.
• Develop and implement keyword strategies to boost visibility and organic reach.
  

🧱 On-Page Optimization

• Optimize content for readability, relevance, and SEO performance.
• Ensure website structure, meta tags, and internal linking are aligned with SEO goals.
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues affecting site speed and crawlability.
• Implement structured data and schema for better SERP performance.
• Ensure mobile-friendliness and responsive design compliance.
  

🔗 Off-Page Optimization

• Build high-quality, white-hat backlinks through ethical link-building strategies.
• Identify relevant websites for guest posting and backlinking opportunities.
• Monitor and manage backlink profiles and domain authority.
  

🎓 Qualifications

• Minimum 1.5 years of proven experience improving keyword rankings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or related field (SEO certification preferred).
• Solid understanding of Google Analytics, Google My Business, Moz, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools.
• Practical knowledge of HTML & CSS with clarified proficiency expectations:
• Required (Basic): Able to edit templates, update meta tags, adjust classes/inline styles, and fix simple layout or responsiveness issues using browser developer tools.
• Preferred (Intermediate/Advanced): Familiarity with responsive design techniques, media queries, CSS specificity, and troubleshooting render-related issues (including basic understanding of how JavaScript can impact SEO and rendering). Candidates with experience implementing responsive fixes and collaborating with developers on markup/CSS changes will stand out.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
