Jr. Sales and Marketing Executive

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferably in creative, marketing, or tech sectors)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• Strategic mindset with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
• Identify, connect, and build relationships with potential clients across global markets
• Conduct in-depth market research, competitor mapping, and trend analysis to uncover new opportunities
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (design, content, strategy) to align proposals with client goals
• Comfortable working with international clients across time zones
• Familiarity with CRM tools, lead generation platforms
• Demonstrate strong ownership, consistency, and follow-through on leads
• Create persuasive pitch decks, proposals, and participate in client presentations

Requirements:

• Preferred bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of creative & marketing sectors, and client relationship building
• Comfortable using CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and social media
• Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace
• Strategic thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment
