Jr. Recruiter

As an experienced recruiter in Non-IT positions, your role will involve end-to-end recruitment processes across various industries. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, creating effective job descriptions, and sourcing profiles through different channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. Your strong skills in screening and shortlisting candidates, as well as coordinating interviews with clients, will be crucial in ensuring successful placements. Maintaining candidate databases and ensuring timely closures will also be part of your key responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 14 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment - Proficiency in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Location preference for candidates from Gurugram or nearby areas - Willingness to work from the office In addition to the above responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to work with a growing recruitment firm, gaining exposure to diverse industries and hiring practices.
