Job Summary:

We are looking for an astute Purchase Executive to oversee purchasing activities and ensure that purchased items are both cost-efficient and of high quality. The Purchase Executive responsibilities include maintaining positive supplier relations, evaluating supply options, products, and services, negotiating contracts, approving purchases, and maintaining accurate records.

Duties/Responsibilities:
· Research potential vendors

· Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage

· Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices

· Track orders and ensure timely delivery

· Perform other duties as assigned.

· Apply technical knowledge in analyzing data, reporting and creating solutions

· Managing and negotiating vendors enquiries through to acceptance contract terms of agreement and pricing

· Arrange vendors meetings to, resolve queries, and review best practice as required

· Facilitate vendors payments

· Build and maintain effective relationships with client, vendors and internal teams.

Required Skills/Abilities:
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Analytical with exceptional numerical skills.

· Data analysis and trending skills – analyzing Excel style data sets to identify trends.

· Highly organized with strong attention to detail (create written/edit documents and run spread sheets).

Qualification : Engineers Preferred with relevant experience in Purchase Department. (1-3years of Experience)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
