JD for Purchase Officer Position - Grade- F1 Location- Jaipur / Indore/ Pune / Mumbai Experience- Fresher (B.Com/BBA/BMS 2024 Graduate Only) Job Description-  PO Creation in SAP (as per the class)  Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery  Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)  Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices  Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts  Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders  Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition  Hands-on experience with purchasing software (e.g. SAP, ERP or Tally etc.)  Better understanding of MS Excel There are 3rounds for the Interview: > 1st Round: Aptitude Including Mathematics from State Board or NCERT > 2nd Round: HR Round > 3rd Round: Department Round Note - Please prepare with how to calculate percentage, cost price, selling price, ratio, difference etc Show more Show less
