Role Description

We are looking for a Junior Project Supervisor Executive to support and supervise on-site restaurant projects including new outlet setups, renovations, and ongoing maintenance works. The role involves coordinating with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality execution of projects. role involves overseeing daily project operations, ensuring timely task execution, coordinating between teams and stakeholders, and maintaining quality standards.

The Jr Project Supervisor will assist in planning, managing timelines, addressing challenges, and ensuring that projects align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day on-site project activities at restaurant locations

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and kitchen equipment work

• Monitor project timelines, work progress, and quality standards

• Ensure adherence to safety norms and company guidelines

• Report daily progress updates, issues, and requirements to the Project Manager / Management

• Support in new restaurant openings, fit-outs, and refurbishments

• Verify material usage and assist in basic measurement and billing checks

• Ensure timely completion of work as per approved plans and drawings

Eligibility & Skills

• Diploma / Graduate in Civil / Interior / Project Management or related field preferred

• 2–3 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in F&B, retail, or commercial projects

• Basic understanding of civil, electrical, plumbing, and interior works

• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders on-site

• Willingness to travel and work at different project locations

• Good communication and reporting skills
