Jr. Procurement Executive

As a Procurement Manager at The Salad House, a growing food brand in Gurgaon dedicated to serving fresh, gourmet salads made with high-quality ingredients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our kitchens are always stocked with the right ingredients. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and managing various food items such as fruits, vegetables, proteins, dairy, and pantry items. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with farmers, vendors, and suppliers, negotiating pricing and contracts, and ensuring timely delivery schedules while maintaining consistent quality and food safety standards.
