Jr. Planning Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Scheduling:Developing and maintaining project schedules using tools like Primavera or MS Project, defining tasks, durations, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Progress Monitoring and Reporting:Tracking project progress against the schedule, identifying deviations, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Risk Management:Identifying potential risks and delays, developing mitigation strategies, and communicating potential issues to project managers.
• Resource Management:Ensuring the efficient allocation and utilization of resources (personnel, materials, equipment).
• Cost Control:Monitoring project costs against the budget and identifying potential cost overruns.
• Communication and Coordination:Collaborating with various teams, including engineering, construction, and procurement, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Change Management:Managing changes to the project scope, schedule, or budget, and ensuring that impacts are assessed and communicated effectively.
• Reporting:Preparing regular progress reports for project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in project scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience with risk management and cost control techniques.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
