Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Jr. Online Analyst - CM with 0 to 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong English speaking skills and experience in the ISV and Hi-Tech domains. This hybrid role requires working during the day shift with no travel required. The candidate will support our online operations and contribute to the success of our projects. Responsibilities Assist in analyzing online data to support business decisionsMonitor and report on online trends and performance metricsCollaborate with team members to develop and implement online strategiesProvide insights and recommendations based on data analysisSupport the creation and maintenance of online contentEnsure the accuracy and quality of online informationAssist in troubleshooting and resolving online issuesContribute to the development of online marketing campaignsParticipate in team meetings and provide updates on project progressMaintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practicesCommunicate effectively with team members and stakeholdersUtilize technical skills to enhance online operationsSupport the continuous improvement of online processes Qualifications Possess strong English speaking skillsHave experience in the ISV and Hi-Tech domainsDemonstrate analytical and problem-solving abilitiesShow proficiency in online data analysis toolsExhibit excellent communication and collaboration skillsDisplay attention to detail and accuracyBe adaptable and willing to learn new technologiesHave a basic understanding of online marketing principlesBe able to work independently and as part of a teamShow commitment to delivering high-quality workDemonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesHave a proactive and results-oriented mindset
