Job Title: Jr. Marketing Manager – Defence, Aerospace & CAE

Location: Pune

Experience: 3-4 years (Preferably working in Pune with Pune market of CAE)

About the Role

Lazer Ken is growing its business in the defence and aerospace sectors. We use engineering simulations (CAE) to help customers design strong, lightweight, and reliable sheet-metal components.

We are looking for a Jr. Marketing Manager who can explain our engineering services in a simple and clear way, help us reach defence and aerospace customers, and support our sales team.

What You Will Do

·        Your main focus will be marketing of CAE services in an around Pune in the first instance and then beyond Pune elsewhere in India plan and run marketing activities for defence and aerospace engineering services.

·        Your other job focus shall be help position Lazer Ken as a trusted CAE and simulation partner, not just a low-cost service provider.

·        Create easy-to-understand marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, case studies, and one-page solution notes.

·        Work closely with sales and engineering teams to understand customer needs and communicate our strengths.

·        Support bids, proposals, and customer meetings with marketing content.

·        Study the market and competitors to improve our messaging.

·        Help promote Lazer Ken at industry events, exhibitions, and online platforms.

·        Ensure marketing messages highlight quality, certifications, and data security expected in defence and aerospace projects.

What We Are Looking For

·        Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, defence, or aerospace.

·        Ability to understand technical topics and explain them in simple business language.

·        Experience working with long sales cycles and enterprise customers.

·        Good communication and coordination skills.

·        Comfortable working with engineers, sales teams, and leadership.
