Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Jr. Manager QA/QC

Monitor and control the quality of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products as per defined standards.
Ensure strict adherence to
IS and ISO quality standards
and implement best practices across all QA/QC functions.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for process deviations and customer complaints.
Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and calibration data for equipment and instruments.
Coordinate with production and R&D teams to improve process parameters and product consistency.
Supervise laboratory testing of physical, chemical, and mechanical properties of tiles.
Ensure compliance with quality management systems, internal audits, and external certification audits.
Train and guide QC inspectors and operators on process and product quality requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce rejection rates.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong knowledge of
GVT tile manufacturing process
and quality parameters.
In-depth understanding of
IS and ISO quality standards
related to ceramic tiles.
Hands-on experience in
process control, sampling, inspection, and testing procedures
.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and quality data
