Jr. HR consultant

Role Overview: As a Human Resource Consultant at Stratefix Consulting, you will be responsible for initiating human resource programs and projects to address various HR matters. You will conduct research using different methods such as data collection and surveys to identify problematic situations and provide advice and recommendations to HR personnel and clients for resolving daily issues. Crafting strategic and practical plans to address human resource matters will also be part of your key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Assessing client HR needs and developing tailored solutions - Assisting in KRA-KPI, Performance Review, Training and development for different departments - Managing personnel - Devising plans and techniques to drive change and culture management within the organization - Assisting in policy development and integration - Selecting and implementing suitable HR technology - Establishing control systems for compliance with business methods and HR practices Qualifications Required: - 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources - MBA/PG in HR or relevant field Company Details: Stratefix Consulting is a Full-time job provider where the work location is in person.
