What You Will Do at Work Pixel‑Perfect Builds Convert Figma designs and image layouts into clean, semantic HTML5 and modern CSS/Sass/Tailwind, matching every pixel, spacing, and interaction detail. Responsive & Cross‑Browser Development Ensure pages render beautifully across breakpoints and major browsers, applying adaptive techniques and performance best practices. Component Library Extension Help grow our design‑system components and utility classes, guaranteeing consistency and re‑usability across products. Accessibility & Performance Bake in a11y best practices, optimize assets, and write performant code that keeps Lighthouse scores high. Collaboration & Iteration Work hand‑in‑hand with UX/UI designers to clarify edge cases, iterate quickly on visuals, and polish micro‑interactions. Light JavaScript Enhancements Implement basic interactive behaviors (accordions, modals, sliders) or integrate existing component libraries as required. Version Control & Documentation Follow Git workflows, maintain organized project structures, and write well‑documented, maintainable code. Teams You Will Work With Design – Transform static visuals into living, breathing interfaces. Frontend Engineering – Pair with senior engineers to integrate components into React/Next.js codebases and learn advanced patterns. Innovation Programs – Ensure that delivered pages meet learner‑facing requirements and uphold Protoboost.ai’s brand standards. What You Will Work On Marketing & Landing Pages – High‑conversion pages that must load fast and look perfect. Learning‑Platform Screens – Dashboards, progress trackers, and interactive lesson content. Design‑System Assets – Tokens, utility classes, and documentation that scale across applications. Prototype Demos – HTML/CSS click‑throughs used for user testing before full React builds. You’re a Good Fit for the Role If You’re HTML/CSS Pro – Deep knowledge of semantic markup, Flexbox, Grid, responsive design, and modern CSS techniques (Sass or Tailwind a plus). Detail‑Obsessed – You notice (and fix) a 2‑px misalignment instantly. Basics of JS – Comfortable wiring up light interactions or handing off clean hooks for React integration.
