Role Overview

We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Flutter Engineer to join our in-house development team at our Indore office. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, and will play a key role in designing and developing high-performance apps for Android and iOS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences

• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices

• Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and efficiency

• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members

• Debug and resolve technical issues and bugs

• Stay updated with the latest Flutter and mobile development trends

Requirements

• 1-2 years of professional experience in mobile app development using Flutter

• Strong knowledge of Dart and Flutter SDK

• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party libraries

• Familiarity with state management techniques (Provider, Bloc, GetX, etc.)

• Experience in deploying apps on Play Store and App Store

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

• Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Good to Have/Preferred

• Prior experience with Flutter web.

• Android Kotlin and IOS knowledge

• Experience with Firebase, GraphQL, or other backend services

• Contribution to open-source projects or personal mobile app portfolio
