Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with styling and wardrobe selections based on body type, preferences, and occasions.
• Leverage your

  design knowledge

  to explain fabric, craftsmanship, and detailing of garments.
• Achieve sales targets through cross-selling and upselling.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, especially with premium clientele.
• Stay updated with fashion trends and competitor brands.
• Ensure visual merchandising and boutique presentation meet brand standards.
• Support boutique operations, including stock management and replenishment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Background in Fashion Design

  or related field (mandatory).
• 1–3 years of experience in luxury fashion retail, styling, or fashion consulting.
• Strong sense of aesthetics, styling, and fashion trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented, with proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Confident, presentable, and customer-focused personality.
