Jr Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target audiences.
• Assist in creating and implementing lead generation strategies.
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including drafting, editing, and sending emails.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate lead information.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content for emails and other marketing materials.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform lead generation and email marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of CRM systems and lead generation tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Awareness of social media platforms.

Additional Information:

• 6 months' training @ 7500/-pm Stipend
• 15000/-pm and above upon confirmation and based on performance
• 3 Months interim review for exceptional performers and early confirmation
• Work Location: In person at Thane
• Only Mumbai/Thane candidates will be preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 per year
