Jr Digital Marketing Specialist

The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 6 months experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords and Social Media campaigns. You will be responsible for managing budget allocation, bid strategy, and targeting to maximize ROI. Additionally, you should have demonstrable experience in managing SEO/SEM, Marketing Databases, and E-mail Marketing Campaigns. In this role, you will be expected to develop and implement Social Media Strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Furthermore, you will need to develop effective Digital Marketing plans that drive products/services awareness in alignment with the overall business needs. A strong analytical and data-driven mindset, along with proficiency in analytics tools, is essential for success in this position. This is a full-time position with benefits such as paid sick time and a quarterly bonus. The work schedule is day shift, Monday to Friday. The ability to commute/relocate to Mohali, Punjab is required for this role. To be considered for this position, you should have 6 months of Digital Marketing training. A Higher Secondary (12th Pass) education is preferred. The candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in Digital marketing and a total work experience of 1 year.
