Jr. Digital Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns for clients across various industries, ensuring alignment with client objectives and budget requirements.
• Plan and implement PPC campaigns, including Google Ads and other paid advertising platforms, to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
• Create engaging, SEO-optimized content for client websites, blogs, and social media platforms to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media analytics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage social media accounts for clients, create content calendars, and engage with audiences to enhance brand presence and grow followership.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis to drive customer retention and lead nurturing.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to produce compelling visual and written content that aligns with client brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and implement innovative strategies to achieve client goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience (upto 1 years) working in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
• Proficiency in using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, SEMrush, and email marketing platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaign performance.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and external partners.
• Creative thinking with a proactive approach to problem-solving and campaign optimization.
• Certifications in relevant digital marketing platforms or tools would be advantageous.
