We are looking for a creative and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage our social media presence, run Meta Ads, create engaging content, appear in reels, and drive high-quality lead generation.

The ideal candidate is energetic, confident on camera, and has hands-on experience in digital campaigns and content creation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

Manage and grow all social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) * Plan monthly content calendars and ensure consistent posting * Track performance metrics and optimize for engagement

2. Meta Ads Management * Plan, create, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for brand awareness, traffic, and leads * Monitor daily ad performance and adjust targeting, creatives, and budgets * Generate weekly reports with insights and recommendations

3. Content Creation * Create engaging posts, stories, and short-form videos * Assist in script writing, caption writing, and creative planning * Collaborate with the design team for high-quality creatives

4. Acting & On-Camera Presence * Confidently appear in reels, promo videos, and brand content * Present ideas creatively to align with brand personality * Participate in brainstorming sessions for viral-style content

5. Lead Generation * Execute strategies to achieve high-quality leads through organic and paid channels * Manage inbound leads from social media and ensure proper tracking *

Suggest new lead gen ideas and improve conversion funnels.

Skills & Qualifications

6 months to 1 year of experience in digital marketing

* Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager

* Strong understanding of social media trends and analytics

* Good communication and on-camera presentation skills

* Basic knowledge of Canva, video editing apps, and content tools to edit photos and videos

* Ability to multitask, think creatively, and deliver on deadlines Preferred

* Experience shooting/acting in reels and content creation

* Basic knowledge of marketing funnels and lead nurturing

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
