Jr. Civil Engineer

Job Title: Junior Civil Engineer Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Civil Engineer to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will assist in the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects including roads, buildings, drainage systems, and other infrastructure. This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience under the guidance of senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and analysis of civil engineering projects
• Support site inspections and supervise construction activities
• Collect, analyze, and interpret survey and field data
• Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
• Assist in preparing cost estimates, material take-offs, and reports
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and report issues to senior engineers
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Basic knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction methods
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar design software
• Understanding of local engineering codes and safety regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Internship or training experience in civil engineering projects
• Knowledge of project management tools
• Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Project, or similar tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
