Job Description

Support the Business Development Manager in developing and implementing a sales strategy to achieve business growth targets in the Govt & PSU sector Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners in the Govt & PSU sector Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns and lead generation programs Identify new business opportunities in the market and develop plans to capitalize on them Assist in managing the sales pipeline and ensure timely closure of deals Provide regular sales reports to the management team Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development for Govt & PSU Sales Good understanding of the Govt & PSU sector and its procurement process Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners Strong negotiation and closing skills Ability to work in a team and support the Business Development Manager Experience in IT sales is preferred Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration or related field
