Jr. Business Analyst

Location: Ahmedabad
Shift: India or UK (any one)
Eligibility: Male Candidates Only
Experience: 2-3 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
• Create and maintain flowcharts, process diagrams, and wireframes to represent business processes and system designs.
• Assist in preparing Gantt charts/project documentation to track timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and business users to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and help resolve requirement-related issues.
• Provide regular reporting and status updates to project managers.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of Flowcharting tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io, etc.).
• Strong ability to prepare FRD, BRD, Wireframes, and Gantt charts.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of IT systems and SDLC lifecycle.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in IT / Computer Science / Business Administration or related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience
