Job Title: Junior Business Analyst Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year Industry: IT / Technology Location: Madurai Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Business Analyst with 6 months to 1 year of experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will support business analysis activities, assist in gathering requirements, and help bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders Collaborate with business users and IT teams to understand project scope and objectives Support the preparation of functional specifications, use cases, and process workflows Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions Assist in identifying business problems and opportunities for improvement Participate in meetings and workshops to understand business processes and gather feedback Help create reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders Support quality assurance by helping validate solutions meet business requirements Maintain documentation and ensure version control of project artifacts Stay updated on industry trends, business analysis techniques, and IT solutions Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role within the IT industry Basic knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SWOT analysis, gap analysis) Familiarity with requirement gathering and documentation practices Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of BA tools (JIRA, Confluence, or similar) Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and clarity Benefits: Competitive salary Training and mentoring from senior analysts Opportunity for career growth and skill development Dynamic and supportive work environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location: In person
