Jr. Business Analyst

Role Overview: You will be responsible for documenting client organization's direction, structure, business processes, and requirements. You will conduct research on the client organization's industry and competitive position. In addition, you will assist in collecting and consolidating the necessary information and data. Key Responsibilities: - Accurately and efficiently execute test plans, assemble all test results, and retest as necessary. - Understand the professional development process, set challenging goals, and continuously learn. Seek input from mentors and supervisors, apply feedback received to improve performance. - Complete and submit time and expense reports as well as status reports in a timely manner. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Project Execution Responsibilities: - Understand project plans and effectively communicate roles, project goals, and timelines. - Take input from supervisors and apply comments/feedback accurately. Adhere to project standards and methodology defined by project management. - Proactively perform project support/administrative functions. Establish responsible deadlines, personal work plans, and manage time effectively. Qualifications Required: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Prepare coherent, grammatically correct, effective, and professional written business correspondence. Clearly articulate ideas and thoughts verbally. - Understand basic Internet and client/server architectures. Possess basic knowledge of PHP and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. - Propose solutions to problems considering timeliness, effectiveness, and practicality. Generate innovative solutions by approaching problems with curiosity and open-mindedness. - Display a positive attitude, flexibility in day-to-day work, and set high standards of performance. Establish harmonious working relationships with team members, appreciate each member's contributions, and value individual members. - Value internal and external clients, respond to their needs, establish effective working relationships with clients, and follow established communication guidelines with good judgment.,
