About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Business Analyst / Project Manager to join our Capital Markets Institutional Trading team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in financial markets, trade lifecycle, and regulatory compliance, with hands-on experience in analyzing requirements and coordinating projects in a trading environment. This role provides the opportunity to work closely with business stakeholders, traders, operations, compliance, and technology teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Assist senior PM in project planning, tracking, and reporting deliverables across the SDLC (Agile Scrum methodologies).

Act as a bridge between business users, technology teams, and operations to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.

Support the implementation of trading and post-trade solutions (Order Management Systems, Execution Management Systems).

Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications (FSD), and project status reports.

Skills Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.

1 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or Junior PM in Capital Markets, Trading, or Investment Banking environment.

Good understanding of trade lifecycle (front-to-back), asset classes (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, FX), and institutional trading workflows.

Must Have skills ::

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Familiar with JIRA

Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology

Good to have skills ::

Understanding of Buy/Sell side business environment

SDLC

End-to-end software delivery
