Helpful Insight is looking for a highly skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces, improving user experiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch digital products. Location: Mansarovar, JaipurExperience: 0-1 years Job Type: Full-time, On-site Key Responsibilities: • Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for websites and applications.• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to implement seamless user experiences.• Contribute to the creation of short UI animations, GIFs, or promotional videos when required.• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to enhance product experience. • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components. • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and industry best practices. • Optimize designs for responsiveness and accessibility. Required Skills: Bachelor's or Master's in IT, Business analyst or related field.Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologiesExperience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana)Basic knowledge of wireframing/prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq)Familiarity with CRM tools and client documentationRequirement gathering and analysis. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in IT, Design, or a related field. • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX work across web and mobile platforms is mandatory.• Some expertise in making small GIFs or videos would a bonus.
