Job Title: Jr. Billing Executive

Job Summary:

The Billing Executive will be responsible for preparing, verifying, and maintaining accurate billing records. The role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure timely and error-free invoice generation, payment follow-ups, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and generate invoices accurately and on time.
• Verify billing data, including patient/client details, charges, and applicable taxes.
• Ensure proper documentation of all billing-related activities.
• Coordinate with departments (front office, TPA, accounts, etc.) for smooth billing operations.
• Handle queries and resolve discrepancies related to invoices and payments.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up with clients/patients for pending payments.
• Maintain billing records and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly billing and revenue reports.
• Support in audits by providing necessary billing-related documents.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial data.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting or relevant field.
• Proven experience in billing, accounts, or finance (preferably in healthcare/hospital/ corporate).
• Strong knowledge of billing software, MS Excel, and accounting tools.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in billing/accounts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
