Jr. Architect

Role Overview: As a Jr. Architect at Innovatiview, you will be responsible for leading the architectural design and infrastructure planning for examination projects across India. Your role will involve ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency in the architectural layout of examination infrastructure at various project sites. You will collaborate with project managers, site engineers, vendors, and clients to define infrastructure requirements and deliver optimal space planning and utilization. Additionally, you will need to comply with local building codes, fire safety norms, accessibility standards, and Innovatiview's operational requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Architectural design and layout of examination infrastructure across project sites, focusing on scalability, security, and efficiency. - Collaborate with various stakeholders to define infrastructure requirements and ensure optimal space planning and utilization. - Ensure compliance with local building codes, fire safety norms, accessibility standards, and company operational requirements. - Conduct site inspections, provide technical guidance during execution, and ensure adherence to architectural plans and timelines. - Prepare detailed architectural drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation for tendering and approval processes. - Evaluate and recommend new materials, technologies, and practices to enhance infrastructure setup and cost-effectiveness. - Provide support during audits and client reviews, ensuring infrastructure readiness and documentation compliance. - Act as a subject matter expert in infrastructure layout planning for secure, large-scale exam venues. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university; Masters degree preferred. - Strong understanding of security-driven infrastructure needs, preferably in the education or examination domain. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other architectural design software. - Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and project management practices. - Excellent communication, stakeholder coordination, and problem-solving skills. - Willingness to travel for site evaluations and project execution as required.,
