Job summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to lead the architectural design and infrastructure planning for our examination projects across India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural planning, compliance, and execution of infrastructure solutions tailored to high-security examination environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural design and layout of examination infrastructure across various project sites, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, vendors, and clients to define infrastructure requirements and deliver optimal space planning and utilization.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, fire safety norms, accessibility standards, and Innovatiview's operational requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance during the execution phase to ensure adherence to architectural plans and timelines.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation for tendering and approval processes.
• Evaluate and recommend new materials, technologies, and practices to improve infrastructure setup and cost-effectiveness.
• Provide support during audits and client reviews, ensuring infrastructure readiness and documentation compliance.
• Act as a subject matter expert in infrastructure layout planning for secure, large-scale exam venues including temporary setups.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university; Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of security-driven infrastructure needs, preferably in the education or examination domain.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other architectural design software.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and project management practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel for site evaluations and project execution as required.
