Jr. Architect

Job Description: As a Jr. Architect at Innovatiview, you will be responsible for leading the architectural design and infrastructure planning for examination projects across India. Your role will involve architectural design and layout of examination infrastructure, collaborating with various stakeholders to define infrastructure requirements, ensuring compliance with building codes and operational requirements, conducting site inspections, preparing detailed architectural drawings, and recommending new materials and technologies for improved cost-effectiveness. Additionally, you will provide support during audits and client reviews and act as a subject matter expert in infrastructure layout planning for secure exam venues. Key Responsibilities: - Architectural design and layout of examination infrastructure ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency. - Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, vendors, and clients to define infrastructure requirements. - Ensure compliance with local building codes, fire safety norms, and accessibility standards. - Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance during execution phase. - Prepare detailed architectural drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation. - Evaluate and recommend new materials, technologies, and practices. - Provide support during audits and client reviews. - Act as a subject matter expert in infrastructure layout planning for secure exam venues. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch); Masters degree preferred. - Strong understanding of security-driven infrastructure needs. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other architectural design software. - Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and project management practices. - Excellent communication, stakeholder coordination, and problem-solving skills. - Willingness to travel for site evaluations and project execution.
