Jr. Architect

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Jr. Architect with strong rendering expertise to join our architectural team. This role focuses on creating high-quality architectural visualizations and supporting design development through advanced 3D modeling and rendering techniques.

Experience Requirements

• Total Experience:

  1-2 years in architectural rendering or junior architect role

• Industry Experience:

  Architecture, Interior Design, or Construction firms

• Project Exposure:

  Residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments preferred

Key Responsibilities

Rendering & Visualization

• Develop conceptual and detailed architectural renderings using SketchUp + 3Ds Max
• Create photorealistic exterior and interior visualizations
• Apply advanced textures, lighting setups, and material properties
• Produce high-resolution images for marketing and presentation purposes

Design Support

• Support architectural team with façade design development and walkthroughs
• Create visual storytelling elements for project presentations
• Assist in design iterations and conceptual visualization
• Collaborate with architects and designers on project requirements

Technical Deliverables

• Prepare detailed visualizations for client presentations and approvals
• Create walkthrough animations and 360-degree views
• Develop material and finish libraries for consistent project standards
• Maintain organized file structures and project documentation

Client & Team Collaboration

• Participate in client meetings for design presentations
• Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently
• Coordinate with engineering and construction teams for accurate representations
• Support marketing team with promotional visual content

Technical Skills Required

Essential Software

• SketchUp:

  Advanced modeling and plugin usage

• 3Ds Max:

  Rendering, lighting, and animation

• V-Ray/Corona:

  Photorealistic rendering engines

• Adobe Creative Suite:

  Photoshop, InDesign for post-processing

Additional Skills

• Understanding of architectural drawing standards and conventions
• Knowledge of building materials, finishes, and construction methods
• Color theory and composition for architectural visualization
• Basic understanding of lighting principles and photography

Educational Qualifications

• Degree:

  Bachelor's in Architecture (B.Arch) or related field

• Certification:

  Additional courses in 3D visualization/rendering preferred

• Portfolio:

  Strong portfolio demonstrating rendering capabilities required
