Position: Jr.Antenna Test Engineer
Main job Location: Hyderabad
Timings: 09:00 AM –6:30 PM (Monday - Saturday)
Package: 2 LPA – 3 LPA
Working Mode: 12-months Contract
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in the setup and execution of antenna tests using Vector Network Analyzers (VNAs), spectrum analyzers, and field strength meters.
2. Perform basic measurements such as S-parameters (S11, S21), gain, directivity, and radiation pattern verification.
3. Support anechoic chamber testing, open-range measurements, and antenna alignment procedures.
4. Collect, analyze, and document test results using MATLAB, Excel, or custom tools.
5. Participate in test planning, data logging, and report preparation for internal and customer validation.
6. Ensure calibration and proper handling of RF equipment and measurement setups.
7. Coordinate with design engineers to troubleshoot antenna performance issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
8. B.E/B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Communication, or RF Engineering.
9. Basic understanding of antenna theory, impedance matching, gain, polarization, and beamwidth.
10. Familiarity with RF test equipment such as VNAs, spectrum analyzers, signal generators (academic or project-based exposure acceptable).
11. Ability to work in lab environments and handle sensitive RF hardware carefully.
12. Good analytical and documentation skills.
13. Strong interest in RF testing, wireless systems, and hands-on engineering.
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
Internship or academic project involving antenna measurements or RF testing.
Exposure to HFSS, CST, or MATLAB for antenna simulation or data visualization.
Basic knowledge of EMC testing, shielding, and measurement error analysis.
Minimum Service Agreement: 2 Months Training + 12 months Contract

Pay: ₹11,317.02 - ₹23,819.70 per month
