Role & responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding for blue-collar and white-collar positions. Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and local hiring drives. Conduct initial screening, interviews, and assessments to identify top talent. Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future staffing needs. Build and maintain relationships with local in the APTS region. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to senior management. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in local languages and understanding of regional dynamics. Candidates must possess strong knowledge of the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana (APTS) region.
