Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Inbound/Outbound Calling:

    • Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls for US-based healthcare clients.
    • Provide accurate information on healthcare services, policies, and procedures.
  • Customer Support & Issue Resolution:

    • Address and resolve patient queries, appointment scheduling, prescription clarifications, billing questions, and insurance eligibility issues.
    • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams and follow up until resolution.
  • Data Management & Documentation:

    • Maintain detailed and accurate call logs in CRM systems.
    • Update patient and client records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and data privacy standards.
  • Quality & Compliance:

    • Adhere to all quality guidelines, scripts, and standard operating procedures.
    • Participate in regular training sessions to stay uptodate with healthcare regulations and client protocols.
  • Performance Metrics:

    • Meet or exceed individual targets on call quality, adherence, and productivity metrics (e.g., Average Handle Time, First Call Resolution).
    • Provide feedback on process improvements and contribute to team goals.
  • Collaboration & Communication:

    • Work closely with crossfunctional teams including clinical, billing, and technical support to ensure seamless patient experience.
    • Communicate any trends or recurring issues to supervisors for proactive solutions.
  • Soft Skills & Professionalism:

    • Demonstrate empathy, active listening, and clear communication on every call.
    • Uphold a positive, patientcentric approach even under highpressure situations.
