Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls, chats, and emails for technical assistance.
Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Execute basic SQL queries for data lookup and validation.
Log tickets accurately and escalate unresolved issues to the L2 team.
Follow scripts and SOPs to resolve repetitive issues efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Any graduate
Language: Fluency in English with Tamil / Kannada / Telugu / Malayalam, or Sinhala (any one)
Freshers and candidates with prior L1/L2 technical support experience preferred
