Role & responsibilities Sales & Market Development Identify and develop new customers across sectors such as wind energy, pultrusion , automotive, marine, construction, FRP product manufacturers , etc. Promote multiaxial glassfiber fabrics (45, 0/90, biaxial, triaxial, quadraxial) and educate clients on technical advantages. Drive inquiries, quotations, sample approvals, and conversions into long-term orders. Client Engagement & Relationship Management Build strong B2B relationships with OEMs, processors, and end-users. Conduct regular client visits, technical presentations, and negotiate pricing/contracts. Handle client queries, feedback, and ensure post-sales support. Marketing & Promotion Support marketing campaigns, trade fairs, exhibitions, and dealer meets across India. Prepare and distribute promotional materials tailored to different industries. Work closely with the internal technical team to ensure accurate representation of product specifications and performance. Reporting & Coordination Maintain CRM records for leads, follow-ups, quotations, and sales closures. Share market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer insights with management. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Business / Marketing (Composites/Mechanical/Chemical background preferred). 4 years of experience in technical/B2B industrial product sales. Strong understanding of glassfiber fabrics, composites, FRP or related materials . Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficient in MS Office; CRM/ERP knowledge is a plus. Willingness to travel across India frequently.
