Site Monitoring & Quality Assurance • Conduct regular site visits to review progress, enforce quality, and address construction challenges. Reporting & Governance • Deliver interim and closing reports, including financial performance, risk updates, and KPI tracking. Team Leadership & Vendor Management • Lead multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior members, negotiate vendor contracts, and oversee coordination. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field. 3–7 years of experience in real estate or construction project management; complex projects preferred. Strong financial acumen, analytical thinking, and risk-management experience. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
