Job Summary:We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong creativity, leadership skills, and deep technical knowledge of interior architecture, design trends, and materials. Key Responsibilities:Lead the design process from initial concept development to final execution. Manage and mentor junior designers and design teams. Meet with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget. Develop and present mood boards, 3D visuals, layouts, and material selections. Prepare detailed working drawings, specifications, and BOQs. Coordinate with architects, vendors, contractors, and site engineers. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and technology. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues
