Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for visiting clients in assigned territories, generating leads, closing sales, and building strong, long-term customer relationships. You will represent the company on the ground and be a key driver of business growth Key Responsibilities: Travel within assigned territory to meet potential and existing customers. Identify new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calls, referrals, and local networking. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations in person. Understand client needs and recommend suitable products or services. Negotiate prices, terms, and prepare sales agreements. Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management. Maintain accurate records of visits, customer feedback, and sales activity. Monitor competitor activity in the field and report findings to management. Provide excellent post-sale support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
