Solar Energy Sales Educate customers about on-grid/off-grid rooftop solar solutions. Conduct site surveys (shadow analysis, load assessment, structure feasibility). Provide accurate quotations and ROI estimates. Coordinate with the technical team for installation follow-ups. General Sales Tasks Identify and generate leads through field visits, referrals, and tie-ups. Meet sales targets and provide regular updates on performance. Build relationships with interior designers, electrical consultants, builders, and societies. Maintain accurate records in CRM tools. Attend training and trade shows as needed. Fixed salary: 15,000 - 60,000/month or more (based on experience and Knowledge) Performance Incentive: Attractive incentives are applicable after achieving defined monthly and/or quarterly targets . Incentives will be based on additional sales performance beyond the set targets, and will be reviewed on a monthly and quarterly basis.
