About the Role: We are seeking enthusiastic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers, presenting products, and driving sales at various project locations across India. Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations. Product Sales: Conduct direct sales activities at project locations. Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Market Understanding: Identify and report market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team for strategy development. Administrative Tasks: Maintain records of daily sales activities and customer interactions. Prepare and submit sales reports. Travel and Relocation: Be prepared to work at different project locations across India. Adapt to varying cultural and regional dynamics. Compensation: During Training Period (3 months): Stipend: ₹10,000 + Incentives based on performance. Post-Training Period: Salary: ₹15,000 per month + Incentives based on performance. Additional Benefits for Out-of-City Projects: Food and accommodation provided by the company. Training Period: The initial 3 months of employment will serve as a training period, during which the candidate will: Gain comprehensive knowledge about the products and sales processes. Develop interpersonal and negotiation skills. Receive on-the-job training at various project locations.
