3D Designer & Animator

About Addzet:

Addzet is one of India’s most dynamic and creative advertising & digital marketing agencies. We specialize in AI-powered digital marketing, branding, political campaigns, web development, and immersive media. We're looking for a talented_ 3D Designer & Animator_ to bring ideas to life across campaigns, commercials, and digital spaces.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 3D models, environments, animations, and motion graphics for marketing and advertising content.
• Design and animate product visualizations, explainer scenes, character movements, and visual effects.
• Work on projects from concept to final render including modeling, texturing, lighting, rigging, and animation.
• Collaborate with creative directors, video editors, and marketing teams to translate concepts into visual reality.
• Handle output for commercials, social media reels, promotional films, and immersive presentations.
• Stay updated with the latest tools, techniques, and design trends in 3D motion and animation.

Software & Skills Required:

• Blender (Primary)
• Experience with Cinema 4D / Maya / 3ds Max / After Effects
• Knowledge of Substance Painter, Unreal Engine, or Unity is a plus
• Strong understanding of lighting, materials, shaders, camera animation, and rendering workflows
• Ability to optimize for speed vs quality and deliver under tight deadlines
• A good eye for detail, storytelling, and creative aesthetics

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Design, Multimedia, or related field
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in 3D design/animation
• Freshers with an exceptional portfolio may also apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
